Aitek teases ‘Leo,’ monster 14 megapixel smartphone for unveiling next month

We don’t have a lot of detail to work on here, but Aitek — a company that’s no stranger to ridiculous optics slapped on the back of a phone — is chatting up its new Leo model that will officially bow at next month’s CommunicAsia show in Singapore. It’s being ominously called a “smartphone” without talking about the platform at hand, but judging from the key layout, we’re going to fathom a guess that it might be running Android. Around back, you have a zoom lens parked in front of a 14 megapixel sensor that’s capable of 720p video capture, and the support for WiFi and HSPA alike should help you ferry those shots to where they need to go.

Acer CEO teases 7-inch Android tablet, promises it for Q4 2010

Acer’s been busy doing a presentation over in the United Arab Emirates today, and the highlight of the show was the first sighting of the company’s 7-inch Android tablet. It’s described by Shufflegazine as “pretty fast with sensitive touch,” though CEO Gianfranco Lanci was apparently reluctant to disclose any of the specs. Harmonix hasn’t been dishing out a ton of Rock Band 3 details lately apart from confirming that it’ll be out this holiday season, but it just revealed a big one in the demo for Green Day: Rock Band. If that not so subtle teaser above is any indication, it looks like Rock Band 3 will be adding keyboards to the equation

Like Sony’s new NEX3 and NEX5 compact cameras with APC-C-sized sensor?

Roku teases revamped Netflix Channel user interface on video, coming in June

With the introduction of Netflix on so many devices, it’s now up to everyone to battle it out for supremacy in user interfaces. We were actually duly impressed with the implementation on Nintendo’s Wii, and it seems that the pressure has convinced Roku to retool their own UI. A new teaser has been released today by the company showing off the new Netflix Channel, and while the overall look and feel is certainly slick, it’s a few key additions that have us most excited.
